IMEXCO Vietnam Warns Against Recruitment Scam Impersonation

IMEXCO Vietnam has recently identified cases in which individuals and organizations have impersonated the company to conduct fraudulent recruitment activities. In response, the company has issued an official notice to help job seekers recognize recruitment scams while reaffirming its transparent hiring process and official communication channels.

Fraudulent Recruitment Activities Identified
IMEXCO Vietnam has received reports of unauthorized parties using the company’s name to contact job applicants, requesting personal information, directing them to suspicious links or software, and in some cases asking for payments under various pretexts.
These activities are not associated with IMEXCO’s recruitment process and are intended to exploit the company’s reputation for fraudulent purposes.
IMEXCO Never Charges Recruitment Fees
To protect job applicants, IMEXCO Vietnam confirms that it:
- Does not conduct online surveys through external links or software during recruitment.
- Does not charge application fees, interview fees, training fees, or any other recruitment-related costs.
- Does not request applicants to transfer money at any stage of the hiring process.
Applicants are encouraged to exercise caution whenever they receive recruitment communications involving unusual requests or financial transactions.

Official job postings always include complete information, such as job title, responsibilities, qualifications, workplace, application procedures, and contact details.
Protecting Applicants Through Transparent Communication
If applicants receive suspicious recruitment messages or identify signs of impersonation, they are encouraged to verify the information before sharing personal data or responding to any requests.
